Abstract: The motto of agile methodology is to deliver faultless product in minimum possible time in an iterative manner till the customer is satisfied. Scrum is a part of agile methodology. Scrum meetings are held every day to find out the issues faced by the developers. Issues that are not sorted out in time may delay the project and hence the deadline. Therefore agile methodology needs skilled resources. Most of the organizations do not choose agile methodology for this reason. We suggest in this paper how an online mentor can help in resolving the issues of an average developer. We propose an optimum way to select a mentor and then a Smartphone application for communication. Selection of mentor would be done considering the factors like expertise and availability. Once the mentors are selected, they would be approached depending on their geographic location and would be facilitated by the Smartphone application. The Smartphone application would enable the mentor to resolve the issue anytime, anywhere.
